Resistance Band Training - Say No to back pain!

ROW

Attach your resistance band to a fixed post and pull towards yourself with your arms in front of you.

BACK FLYES

Again, as above, attach the band to a post and stand back with your arms raised. Then, while maintaining your position, extend your arms to your sides by moving them back.
