Health problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle

An average American spends about 55 hours a week sitting down – that’s 1/3 part of your entire life spent sitting around! An inactive lifestyle can lead to fatal illnesses like heart disease, obesity and also has a major impact on the working of your major organs. People often feel that working out would cure the problems outlined above. But, sadly, this is not true. The effect of a sedentary lifestyle can be permanently and sometimes leads to death. Your sleep, your brain, your blood sugar, your lungs and even your butt slowly get affected if you fall prey to a sedentary lifestyle.
